Women between the ages of 40+ are experiencing several, powerful milestones and transitions during this stage of life. We've gotten married, birthed children and raised them, gone to school, started our careers, stayed home to serve our families and communities diligently, all while sacrificing our own dreams and desires. We've made other people's needs more important than our own and in the process smiled as if everything was perfect.

Other milestones and transitions taking place during this season of a woman's life is that her body is changing dramatically because of this thing called menopause. Our children are leaving home (and a few are returning) while at the same time our parents are aging and needing more of our care and support. In addition, many of us are feeling a higher sense of loss and disconnection from ourselves, our dreams and desires because we're too busy being busy. And to make things a little more challenging, our finances are not as secure as we'd like them to be.

Because of this, there is a silent epidemic building among women:

We are stressed and overwhelmed

We feel forgotten, tired, and alone (and some feel very lonely)

We feel unsupported and unable to share our deeper feelings, thoughts, and experiences

We are struggling to ask for help for fear that we will be judged, criticized, or appear needy, weak, or incapable of "having it all" or doing everything perfectly .

We have deeper dreams and desires that we often abandon for fear they are not reasonable, practical, or logical .

And because of this, we unconsciously criticize, judge, and demean our sisters causing all women to become disempowered .

And yet, there has NEVER been a more powerful time in our history for more spiritual, heart-centered women, and entrepreneurs to own our deeper sense of worth and take our power back masterfully in BEing whole and unlimited women in our personal lives and businesses than NOW. There has never been a more crucial time for to become united in our sisterhood that heals, transforms, and brings back balance to our family, our community, and our world. And...this can only happen when women become UNLIMITED!

Despite all the amazing contributions women have already made, there is still more for us to do in transforming and healing ourselves, our family, our community and the world. It's time for us to masterfully become financially empowered so that we can leave a legacy that transitions to generations and beyond.
