Single chapter inclusion in the book with co-author interview and book launch participation at Dr. Anita’s upcoming cruise May 14 – 17, 2020 upon the Carnival Inspiration in partnership with SPARK Live Events.

Book and Cruise Payments Options are as follows:

Initial payment of $500 ($250 will be applied toward cruise to reserve your spot) - due immediately

Second payment of $400 - due November 4, 2020

Third payment of $300 - due January 6, 2020
